The City of Cotati has partnered with COTS (Committee on the Shelterless) for Sonoma County's Keep People Housed Pilot Program. The program aims to prevent homelessness throughout the County by uniting social service providers to provide rental assistance and essential legal services to program participants.
Basic Eligibility Requirements:
Must live in Sonoma County
Must have experienced recent financial hardship
Income must be at or below 50% AMI
Must NOT have received other program assistance for the same month in which they are applying for assistance from this program (other months OK)
